We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. We'll let you know if this applies to your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
