At Dryze, we work to offer fast, secure, and reliable shipping to our customers in the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within an estimated 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During special promotions, launches, high demand, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly affected.

Shipping Times

Dryze ships to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take between 24 and 72 hours to reflect movement.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, Dryze is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.
  • Weather conditions.
  • High shipping demand.
  • Holidays.
  • Border inspections.
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

International components of an order's supply chain may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or additional charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Dryze is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Dryze may charge additional reshipment costs.

Lost Orders or Orders Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered. Dryze is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you have an issue with a delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Tracking and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for tracking their order using the tracking number provided. In the event of delivery issues, absence at the delivery address, or a failed pickup, the customer should cooperate with the shipping carrier to complete delivery successfully.
