Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-9 business days (where available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dryze is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dryze is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but lost or stolen by a third party. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us through our Contact page and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
