Refund policy
At Dryze, we want you to have a satisfying experience with your purchase. That's why we offer a clear and transparent return policy for all our customers.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Not have been used or show signs of use.
- Retain its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Include proof of purchase.
Dryze reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos or videos if there is an issue with the product.
The return address will be provided by our support team once your return request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Inspection
All returned items will be inspected before any refund is approved. Dryze may refuse returns in the following cases:
- Products that are used or show signs of use.
- Products damaged by the customer.
- Products without original packaging.
- Incomplete products.
- Products that have been improperly handled.
- Products returned after the established deadline.
- Fraudulent returns or suspected abuse.
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product shows minor damage or minimal signs of use.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate it and offer an appropriate solution. Dryze may request visual proof before approving replacements, reshipments, or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Used products or products showing signs of use.
- Products damaged by misuse, impact, water, or improper handling.
- Products with normal wear and tear resulting from use.
- Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return of the original product and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact page.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return procedure must be followed.
Customer Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Dryze is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders Marked as Delivered
Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier will be considered successfully delivered. Dryze is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
International/Customs Shipping Delays
Dryze is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border inspections, high shipping demand, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
